The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national level entrance examination conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
The CMAT is a three-hour online computer-based test that is conducted in a single session. The test is designed to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like language comprehension, logical reasoning, quantitative technique, and general awareness. The test is meant to be a predictor of performance in a particular segment in a particular academic discipline.
The score from the CMAT test is accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions, departments, and universities. It is also accepted by many other universities, schools, and colleges. It is a national-level test that is conducted every year. It is one of the most important keys for admission in various management programs.
